Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant, Staff Augmentation.
Key Responsibilities

Provide client service deliverables including configuration, auditing, and reporting within the Decision Support solution
Partner with clients to support Decision Support tool adoption and drive improvements in cost accuracy and model efficiency
Mentor junior team members in cost accounting, healthcare finance, and client support skills

Required Qualifications

Proven cost accounting experience in healthcare finance and analytics
Knowledge of accounting and Decision Support reporting
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
Collaborative working style to partner with client finance teams
Growth mindset to continuously improve program and client satisfaction
