Job Description:
Adecco is currently assisting a local client in filling a part
time temporary HR Generalist position located in Irvine, CA. This
position performs a variety of responsible and administrative
duties relating to personnel functions and programs including in
the areas of employment recruitment, workers compensation, benefits
administration, employee relations. We are looking for someone who
has high energy and open to working part time hours.
Job Duties of the HR Generalist Include:
- Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt
personnel; writes and places Monster adds
Conducts new hire orientation
- Maintains HR information system records
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations
concerning employment
- Handles employee relations counseling
- Handle employee of the month even and holiday events
